Whether you’re a new or existing patient, upon scheduling your next appointment with Beacon, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the portal. Existing patients will need to re-register for the new patient portal.
Frequently Asked Questions About Payments
I have registered with Medfusion, but when I go into pay, I do not have a statement. Why?
After registration, it can take up to 24 hours for your statement to display online. You will receive an email notifying you of a statement on your account when it is ready.
I have a paper statement that shows a different amount due than my online statement. Why?
Your online statement is the most recent statement and should be followed. Your paper statement may not include any recently processed visits with a physician. If you have billing questions, please call 513-354-3700 and ask to speak with our billing department. A live representative at our call center is conveniently available to serve you 24/7/365.
Why do I have to have two separate accounts for the surgery center and Beacon Orthopaedics?
The surgery center and Beacon Orthopaedics run on two separate systems. Therefore, you will receive two separate statements.
