Dr. Hess and the medical staff were very efficient with the scheduled appointments. A “no BS” mentality is what most of us want, and that’s what you’ll get. I was informed of the procedure, as well as a detailed explanation, with pictures, after the procedure. There was very little waiting at the time of the surgery and all of the staff offered assistance. Good job team!

Ron has worked on me several times, once for a cracked radial head on my elbow and again for a quadricep tendon tear. Both times, I healed perfectly. He was very professional with extremely good bedside manner. My family and I will always continue to look to Ron for our orthopaedic care.
