Mohab Foad, M.D.
Ryan Elser, Physician Assistant
Ryan is a Physician Assistant for Dr. Foad. He came to Beacon Orthopaedics in 2013 as a Physical Therapy Technician. He then graduated from the University of Dayton in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science and went on to earn his Master’s Degree as a Physician Assistant, graduating in 2018. Ryan joined the Foad team after graduation. He is very passionate about orthopedics & sports medicine and loves helping patients get back to their everyday activities. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his wife, and going to FC Cincinnati games.
Kelly Anspach, Medical Assistant
Kelly is a medical assistant for Dr. Foad. She has been working in orthopaedic care since 2005 and joined the Foad team in 2012. Kelly is an Arizona native, graduating from Marcos de Niza High School, and attended The Bryman School of Phoenix, studying Radiologic Technology and Medical Assisting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids, reading, traveling, and watching her kids play soccer and volleyball.
Ashly DeTellem, Surgery Scheduler
Ashly is a surgery scheduler for Dr. Foad. She joined the Foad team in 2012. She is a graduate of Williamsburg High School and attended Northern Kentucky University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, watching sports, and overlanding.
