5 Tips to Keep Your Lower Body Healthy

Our physical therapy team is committed to keeping our patients healthy and have provided tips to keep you healthy while at home. Here are five tips to keep you lower body healthy.
1.) Climb stairs or march in place for 1 minute every 2 hours.
2.) Do 15 squats during every commercial break while watching TV or between episodes.
3.) Do standing calf raises to the beat of your favorite song- try to go the whole song without stopping.
4.) Do a jumping jack every time you hear or read the word coronavirus.
5.) Hold a wall sit while folding laundry.
