Beacon Baseball Seminar at DNA Sports Center

On February 2nd, Mark Keiser from Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine will be hosting a FREE seminar for baseball and softball coaches, parents and players (ages 12-18). The event will be held at DNA Sports Center, 731 US Route 50 in Milford OH 45150.

Parents and coaches will receive handouts and instruction on proper pre-season preparation, in-season exercises, and what to do in case of injury. Each discussion is followed by a FREE individual player evaluation. Players will be evaluated on Rotator Cuff Strength, scapular positioning, and shoulder range of motion. Choose from two times, 9:30a or 10:30a. There will also be a FREE HitTrax Home Run Derby and Demo.
