What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
In a word, results!  The coaches do a fantastic job of keeping my body guessing by changing the workouts using various movements and rep schemes. There is also a great feeling of camaraderie with other members that pushes me to be better and constantly improve.  I’ve played sports my whole life and always stayed in good shape and knew a lot about strength training but I could never have achieved and maintained the results without working with a coach like the ones at BEST.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
I’ve found that since starting to workout at BEST, I am so much more consistent with my workouts each week and the quality of the workouts is always better than what I would do on my own. It’s great to be around other healthy people that are a positive influence on my workouts and my nutrition.  The results are that I’m able to stay fit and my strength and energy levels are high.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
Each workout always seems to have a great structure to it. There is always a dynamic warm up which after being injured I place a lot more importance on. Then the coach explains the workout. I love that the workouts are interesting and can be competitive. Every workouts include strength training and conditioning. It’s the best of both worlds. The conditioning is more interesting and beneficial than typical cardio and the coaches do such a great job of guiding the strength training to help me continue to make gains.

What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?Bridget
I feel like every boot-camp I attend at BEST is different and challenging even after coming here for 5 years! The trainers are personable and they pay attention to your form and offer great advice.  I love working out first thing at 6 am. I feel energized for the rest of the day at work.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
BEST is personal training but with a group of great people who become your friends. You don’t have to go to the gym and figure out what you’re going to do.  It is already mapped out for you. It’s a mixture of circuit training on the turf field along with lifting in the weight room. The trainers are always mixing up the routine so I never get bored.  It is a lot of fun!

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
I have noticed I’ve gotten much stronger and gained more muscle tone since I began working out here. I also have learned a lot about what it takes to stay in shape. I’m in better shape now than I than I was when I was younger. I highly recommend Beacon Elite Sports Training boot camp!

What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
I attend BEST regularly because working out with friends is much more fun than working out alone and the coaches do an awesome job keeping the workouts different and challenging.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
Since becoming a BEST member, I have gotten more consistent in working out and have learned lots of new exercises. I’ve tried things that I never thought I would try. I’m more confident in trying new ways to get stronger.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
BEST workouts are high energy and very challenging. It’s a fun group atmosphere where it’s easy to find someone to encourage you and push you to get better.

My commitment to maintaining a healthy life style, a friendly but professional atmosphere, and energized knowledgeable trainers.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
Personally I feel better, have more energy and I have a more positive attitude. Facility wise it is organized, great communication from our trainers, well maintained and clean.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
A challenging but different routine every day, friendly and fun. Best has a workout time for everyone. No excuses not to workout. No matter if you are a beginner or in shape everyone helps everyone else. We progress together as a team.

What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
The trainers at BEST take the work out of working out.  Everyday they have a new and challenging workout for me that they coach me through. Also, I can fit the workouts easily into my daily schedule whether or not I’m able to attend group sessions.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
Since I have been attending BEST, I have gotten exactly the results I have been wanting.  My body is lean, tight and strong.  I am no longer dependent on a scale and I feel great.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
I would describe a BEST workout as serious and focused but still fun.  It is challenging and you do feel a sense of competition – but only with yourself.  Everyone in the group classes are all at different levels but are all encouraging of each other and are all really great people so there is also a sense of community.  It’s a nice place to belong.

What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
I come back to BEST because of the high intensity/diverse workouts and the individual training you receive, even when we work out in a group.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
Since I became a member at BEST I have become very strong and motivated to stay healthy and active. Also, I gained the confidence to return to sports after my ACL surgery, which took over a year to recover from.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
The workouts at BEST are challenging and diverse. You are constantly moving so you can get the most out of the work out. Every day you focus on a different group of muscles to prevent any injuries and the trainers are there to provide feedback on technique… they will not let you slack off! Work hard and workout even harder!

Chris NWhat keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
I initially started at BEST because it feels close to the workout program I had while playing college football. I am not aware of another place in Cincinnati that comes close. The convenience of the weight room next to the turf creates opportunities to work on endurance and strength training in each session.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
I have noticed an increase in my energy level. I get up Monday through Friday for the 6 am session. It allows me to start the day off right. In addition, I have noticed that I stress about things less and I am more productive during the day. I leave each day knowing that the hardest part is over.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
The workouts are designed by professional trainers which is great. I attend the adult boot camp which allows you to push yourself as hard as you would like. BEST provides a full body workout that can be tailored to any experience level.

What keeps you coming back to BEST regularly?
It’s become a bit of an addiction for me.  My favorite things are the way I feel for the rest of the day after the morning workout, the camaraderie with the rest of the group and the trainer pushing me to do more.  The boot camp patrons are very friendly and good natured but also challenge me.  Being a part of that group is a great way to start the day.  I’ve also seen some incredible physical changes over the last year, making me want more.

What changes have you noticed since you became a BEST member?
I’ve lost a good amount of fat and gained in lean muscle mass.  My body weight is down close to twenty pounds since I started a bit over a year ago.  I feel great and have significantly more energy.  I’ve also been challenged by the group to institute a cleaner diet to help with even more change.

How would you describe the workout to someone who hasn’t been to BEST before?
I would tell them that it’s the perfect workout.  No matter your conditioning level,  the workout will be suited to you.  Everyone can go at their own pace and will receive instruction.  That’s the biggest difference between BEST and other facilities.  I’ve never received personal instruction like I get here.  The instruction will get better gains,  more safely.
