Dr. Rolf will discuss options for those experiencing shoulder pain. He is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon, and has earned his Specialty Certificate in Sports Medicine. Dr. Rolf specialized in shoulder and elbow repair at the Boston Shoulder Institute at Harvard. He has been fellowship trained on advanced, minimally invasive options for rotator cuff repairs, tendon transfers, and shoulder stabilization. Dr. Rolf also brings expertise in shoulder replacements and reverse shoulder replacements to his Shoulder Talks. Dr. John Bartsch is a board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine. This gives him alternatives to conventional surgery, including many non-surgical options like fluoroscopic spinal procedures, interventional ultrasounds, and orthobiologics. Dr. Glen McClung has only been with Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine for a year, but he has been a practicing orthopedist and board certified physician by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 2008. Dr. McClung is proud to be the team physician for several high school and youth sports teams throughout the tri-state area. He is one of the loudest voices calling for preventative action in youth sports to reduce common injuries.
