A 60 minute class consisting of cardiovascular conditioning, strength increases for the entire body and flexibility training for adults of all ages. A large variety is used to ensure everybody progresses and meets their training needs. 40 yards of turf and a weight room is used along with many pieces of equipment to make the class a fun and challenging environment.
A class for 15-18 year old athletes designed to decrease injuries while maximizing athletic potential. Athletes will see an increase sprinting technique, endurance and speed. Increase strength throughout the entire body in a safe and well controlled environment. Improve power in the lower and upper body for sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, and baseball.
A class for 12-14 year olds designed to teach athletes how to control their body whilst moving in their chosen sport(s). Athletes will be taught how to strengthen their body in a safe and controlled manner. Improve power in the lower and upper body for sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, and baseball.
A class for 7-11 year olds designed to incorporate exercise through game based activities whilst being taught the basics about running and moving their joints in a safe manner. Basic strength will be administered through simple movements that are safe and help prevent injuries. Endurance and sprinting is introduced to prepare them for future sporting activities.
