We had to do a lot of walking at work and it was rough… Dr. Miller went over the different procedures he could do, helping me decide which one could help me the best. I can walk now, it doesn’t hurt. Standing doesn’t bother me. I would recommend Beacon to anybody.

I was in a bad automobile accident. Since that day, I was in extreme pain. I was unable to do normal everyday chores or play with my kids. When I had exhausted my options of therapy, medication, and epidurals, my son referred me to Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. After the neck and back injuries were diagnosed and treated, I have been out of pain. Now I am smiling and enjoying life without pain medications and muscle relaxants. The staff and the doctors are wonderful!

I tore my UCL at the end of my senior season after I decided to play DIII baseball at a liberal arts college. I am extremely glad I had the surgery. I am pitching again and enjoy baseball much more because, since having Tommy John, I can throw comfortably every day again. My experience at Beacon Orthopedics was excellent and even my father—who is abnormally concerned with safety—found the team and technology impressive. Without the operation, I would have been forced to quit baseball, and I am immeasurably glad I can keep playing.

As a DII athlete I was devastated when I tore my ACL in February my sophomore year. I feared that I would not be able to return to a competitive level of basketball. I returned to practice about 18 months after my surgery at Beacon and was able to play my senior year! Basketball is my passion and I am so thankful to the amazing team at Beacon Orthopaedics for helping me live my dream!
