I truly believe that first impressions are lasting. Today I
had the opportunity to accompany my wife to your facility on Kemper Road for an appointment with Dr. Kremchek. My wife, as a patient, had a terrific experience with both the Dr. Kremchek and with everyone she came into contact with at Beacon. I'll let her respond personally regarding her visit. She's the patient.
The purpose of my note is to recognize the friendly, helpful, and
pleasant environment throughout the Beacon facility. Everyone I spoke to, and even made eye contact with, smiled and said hello. I came there today tired and apprehensive about what to expect but left feeling good that there are people out there that still like their jobs and will take the time and make the extra effort to make visitors feel more than welcome.
You've got something special happening at Beacon that a lot of
companies could learn from!!

I chose Beacon because I was not getting relief from my pain
at another office. I am so happy that I came to Beacon and that Dr.
Kremchek did my hip arthroscopy. I now live without pain and am getting back into distance running slowly but surely. It was absolutely worthwhile, and I don't regret the time I spent recovering and in PT at all. It was a few months so that I could get back to running - I would like to be able to run for a lifetime, and I am sure that the care I received at Beacon will help me to achieve this goal!

I place my full trust in Dr. Cha. My labrum repair has healed better than I ever expected. I'm back to bow hunting and throwing football with my sons. Dr. Cha's ability to find the problem and attack it immediately is why I will choose him always in the future. I very highly recommend Dr. Cha to anyone seeking an orthopedic doctor.

"My son had tommy john at Beacon July 31st, 2007. With hard work and the expert care and advice he received from everyone at Beacon he was able to pitch in our high school post season. He made three appearances, faced nine batters, had 7k's, 1 walk, no hits, and 3 saves. This was just enough for some college coaches to notice him again after being out his entire senior season. Everyone at Beacon was great, I wish I could remember all their names. But I must thank Troy Merckle and Dr. Kremchek. “Beacon was recommended by my Doctor. In addition I choose Beacon because of the reputation of exellent outcomes of previous procedures. My experience with Beacon as well as Dr. Goldburg was nothing by WONDERFUL. Dr. Goldburg explained the procedure and the expected outcomes and was realistic; and explained that he could releave fifty percent of my pain; and hoped for better. My surgery was on Feb 14th and as of today's date I can tell you I feel 80-90% better than before the surgery. I have retured to work as a clinic nurse, and retured to my busy and active lifestyle. I wanted to take a minute to thank you, Beacon, and Dr. Peter Cha and his staff for helping me today. As a former patient, parent of a patient, and daughter of a patient, my thanks to Dr. Cha and his staff is long overdue.
My child had a sports injury last week that got worse over the weekend when during their game on Sunday. I called the office this morning and we got an appointment with Dr. Cha. It was chaos today, as it usually is on what I call "patch Monday", due to the weekend injuries. Dr. Cha had an unusually busy Monday and was really behind. I am sure he was stressed, the staff was stressed, and I wasn't sure what to do with my child who had practice today. Dr. Cha and his team of amazing people managed to get my child X-rayed, diagnosed, fitted for a boot, and out the door in under two hours in order for me to meet the school bus for my other children that were coming home. It was amazing! Everyone, from the scheduler to the doctor, were kind, friendly, professional, and very concerned about my child.
I honestly believe that Dr. Cha is the finest surgeon in this part of the country, and his staff is top notch. I wanted to take a minute to let you know that. I hope you will share my feelings with him. I would also like you to know how proud you should be of ALL of the ancillary staff at Beacon. They are amazing!
Please extend my thanks to everyone for caring as much about my child as you do about professional team players in Cincinnati. I'm not sure how the organization has made that work out, but I do know Beacon has figured it out. Especially Dr. Cha and his very talented staff.
Unfortunately, my child was benched and will be in a boot for 2-4 weeks, but will be good as new before the next sports season starts. Dr. Cha will keep my child under his care until fully healed and ready to go. That is so comforting! He is the finest surgeon I have ever met and I have met a few. I'm a nurse. |
