This 24year old relief pitcher had Tommy John surgery for his right elbow in 2002 only to return today to the everyday reliever for the Cincinnati Reds.

Since in early spring training he has continued to show his strength as the right handed reliever who the Reds could count on at Great American Ball Park.

In the Reds hunt for the 2006 playoffs, Todd has appeared in more games than any other pitcher for the Cincinnati team this season.
