 Dr. McTighe is a native Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated from McNicholas High School. He attended Xavier University on academic scholarship. While at Xavier University, he was Captain of the pistol team. After earninga bachelor of science degree, he attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati graduating in 1971. Dr. McTighe has a special interest in joint replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery. He is an avid supporter of Beacon Orthopaedics sports medicine programs. His hobbies include numismatics, gardening, target shooting and bridge.
