Tip #2
Train with a partner; it will challenge you and keep you motivated!
Get the right shoes and break them in early!
Hydrate, hydrate and hydrate and remember to do proper stretching before and after your training. Click below for additional information.
Tip #3
Eat properly. Good carbs like pasta will help give you the fuel you need to sustain a long race.
Listen to your body; if something hurts – don’t ignore it! Continued use may further aggravate a possible injury.
