513-354-3700 is Beacon's phone number. No matter which location you are trying to contact, please call this number and our friendly onsite call center will direct your call to the correct location.
What are your hours of operation?
Beacon's hours of operation vary from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Beacon also offers year round weekend clinics from 8:00am to 12:00pm at our Summit Woods location, and 8:00am to 10:00am at our Beacon West location. Evening clinic and physical therapy hours are also available for patients. For specific clinic hours for individual physicians, please call 513-354-3700.
Where are you located?
Beacon Orthopaedics has five convenient locations in the Cincinnati area. Summit Woods is located in Sharonville, Beacon West is in Western Hills, Beacon East is in Anderson, West Chester is in the West Chester Medical Center, and Batesville is located in Batesville Indiana. What services are offered at each location?
Beacon offers patients a full range of services at their Summit Woods and Beacon West locations. These services include clinic, physical therapy, surgery, and imaging (MRI, X-Ray). The Summit Woods location also houses the D1 training facility as well as the Beacon Research and Education Foundation. Our Batesville and West Chester offices provide patients with clinic space to see a Beacon physician. Do I need a referral to see a Beacon physician?
The answer to this question depends on your individual insurance policy. Some insurance policies require a referral from a primary care physician in order to see a Beacon orthopaedic specialist. Consult your insurance policy information to determine if you are required to have a referral.
