Dr. Kremchek and his entire staff work together to give patients the complete care experience. From scheduling, registration, clinic care and surgery, Team Kremchek work to get all their patients back to doing what they love as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you will find more information on every member of his team that you may encounter during your visit to Beacon.
Natalie Mouch - Orthopaedics Clinic Coordinator
Natalie is the Orthopaedic Coordinator to Dr. Kremchek and has been employed with Beacon for 6 years. She has been a Registered Nurse for 11 years starting in the Summit woods surgical center as a staff nurse and then became the manager of the operating room. She then returned to school to obtain further training for RN First Assist as well as completed additional certification in OR Nursing. Natalie began her position as the Orthopaedic Coordinator for " Team Kremchek" in 2008. She coordinates all scheduling for Dr. Kremchek, assists him in surgery, and sees patients in the clinic. She is also responsible for the coordination of medical care for the entire Cincinnati Reds organization. Natalie is a Cincinnati native living in Wyoming with her family.
Kendra Dalby - Medical Assistant / Surgery Scheduler
Kendra serves as Dr. Kremchek's Medical Assistant and Surgery Scheduler and has worked for Beacon for eight years. Kendra brings a friendly face to the clinic as she works with patients and gets them ready for upcoming surgeries. Her favorite part of her job is attending Reds Spring training and physicals. Kendra is an avid D1 Bootcamp attendee 3-4 times a week. She is a wonderful mother of two children, two dogs, and a cat.
Andre Williams, MA
Andre Williams is a floating Medical Assistant for all Physicians at Beacon Orthopaedics. He also spends his time working at the front desk and medical records where he meets and greets patients prior to their visit.
Celeste Driscoll
Celeste will be one of the first people you will meet when seeing Dr. Kremchek. She serves as the Front Desk Manager and has been at Beacon for three years. Her roles entail supervising and managing front desk personnel as well as greeting patient to the practice. She is a Cincinnati native and is married with three children and two grandchildren. She graduated Mount Notre Dame High School and is a certified Medical Assistant with over 20+ years experience in the healthcare field. Some of her hobbies include taking care of grandchildren, golf, and shopping.
